This Event Terms & Conditions Agreement (“Event Terms”) applies to participation in Celestial Soul Events, including but not limited to the Holiday Makers Market Pop-Up, workshops, retreats, spiritual gatherings, and any other in-person or hosted experiences offered under Celestial Soul Events, operated by Susan Dawn Spiritual Connections, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

The events are operated by Susan Dawn Spiritual Connections, LLC, the same entity that operates the website available at www.susandawnspiritual.com. These Event Terms govern your registration for and participation in Celestial Soul Events and are in addition to the general Susan Dawn Spiritual Connections Terms of Service (“SDSC Terms”), which are incorporated herein by reference.

By registering for, purchasing tickets to, or attending any Celestial Soul Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by both these Event Terms and the SDSC Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between the two, these Event Terms shall govern matters specifically related to the event experience, while the SDSC Terms shall continue to apply to all other aspects of your relationship with Susan Dawn Spiritual Connections, LLC.

Participation in any Celestial Soul Event constitutes your acceptance of these terms, including all policies, notices, and conditions referenced herein or linked through our website. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you may not register for or attend any Celestial Soul Event.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Event Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on the event website, and your continued participation in or attendance at any Celestial Soul Event following such updates constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

Please read these Event Terms carefully before registering or attending. By completing your registration or purchase, you affirm that you understand and accept all terms, conditions, and policies governing your participation in Celestial Soul Events.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, purchasing tickets to, or attending any Celestial Soul Event (“Event”), you agree to be bound by these Event Terms & Conditions (“Event Terms”), as well as the Susan Dawn Spiritual Connections, LLC Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to all applicable terms, you may not register for or attend any Event.
Participation in any Celestial Soul Event constitutes your acknowledgment that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full.
Participation is limited to individuals 21 years of age or older at the time of booking or attendance, unless otherwise expressly stated.

2. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Event Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Event website with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued registration for or attendance at any Celestial Soul Event following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

3. Event Participation & Conduct

You agree to participate in all Celestial Soul Events in a respectful, lawful, and considerate manner.
We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, inappropriate, or inconsistent with the values of the Event, without refund or compensation.
You are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental well-being while attending any Event.
Events are intended for adult participants with the exception of select makers markets and pop up events.

4. Substance-Free Environment & Smoking Policy

Certain Celestial Soul Events may operate as substance-free environments. Alcohol, recreational drugs, and any non-prescribed substances may be prohibited at designated Events or venues.
Where applicable, any participant found using, possessing, or under the influence of prohibited substances will be required to leave immediately without refund or compensation.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside Event venues or during indoor activities. Smoking or vaping is permitted only in designated outdoor areas where allowed by venue policy and must be done respectfully. Violations may result in removal without refund.

5. Assumption of Risk

Participation in Celestial Soul Events involves in-person gatherings, shared spaces, activities, vendors, and experiential offerings.
You voluntarily assume all associated risks, including but not limited to illness, injury, emotional discomfort, property loss, travel delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.

6. Travel, Personal Property, & Accessibility

You are solely responsible for your travel arrangements, accommodations, and associated costs. We are not responsible for travel delays, cancellations, or disruptions.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings at any Event. Participants are encouraged to safeguard valuables at all times.
Due to the nature of venues used for Celestial Soul Events, accessibility may vary and may include stairs or multi-level spaces. It is your responsibility to determine whether an Event environment meets your personal accessibility needs prior to attendance.

7. Medical Disclaimer & Responsibility

Celestial Soul Events are not medical, psychological, or therapeutic programs and do not provide professional medical or mental health advice.
You are responsible for your own health, medications, dietary needs, and medical care.
By attending, you confirm that you are physically and emotionally able to participate and may opt out of any activity at any time without penalty or refund.
No guarantees are made regarding personal outcomes or experiences.

8. Facilitators, Vendors, & Independent Practitioners

Some Celestial Soul Events may feature independent vendors, facilitators, practitioners, or collaborators.
These individuals are not employees, partners, or agents of Susan Dawn Spiritual Connections, LLC and are solely responsible for their own services, offerings, and conduct. Participation in their offerings is voluntary.

9. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

All Event payments are final and non-refundable. No refunds, credits, or cancellations will be issued for any reason, including illness, emergencies, travel disruptions, or force majeure events.
Ticket transfers, where applicable, may be permitted up to fifteen (15) days prior to the Event, subject to approval. No changes can be made after that time.
Travel insurance is the responsibility of the attendee and does not alter this policy.
Certain Celestial Soul Events, including but not limited to vendor participation, sponsorships, collaborations, featured experiences, or special programming, may require a separate signed agreement or contract. In the event of any conflict between a signed individual agreement and these Event Terms, the terms of the signed agreement shall govern solely with respect to that specific arrangement. All other aspects of participation remain subject to these Event Terms. Failure to execute any required contract may result in cancellation of participation without refund or liability.
If a Celestial Soul Event is canceled by Susan Dawn Spiritual Connections, LLC due to low enrollment, venue issues, vendor availability, or unforeseen circumstances, attendees will receive a full refund of Event fees paid.
Refunds apply only to Event fees. We are not responsible for travel, lodging, or additional expenses.

10. Payment Plans & Third-Party Financing

Payment plans may be offered through third-party providers such as Afterpay or Klarna. When using these services, the full payment is issued to us upfront, and any installment agreement is solely between you and the provider. We are unable to reverse, refund, or adjust any portion of payments made through third-party financing.

11. Force Majeure & Program Modifications

We shall not be held liable for delays, modifications, or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather conditions, government restrictions, venue issues, illness outbreaks, or emergencies.
Refunds are not guaranteed and may not be issued in such circumstances except where otherwise expressly stated in these Terms.
We reserve the right to make reasonable modifications to the Event schedules, activities, vendors, facilitators, offerings, programming, or venues as necessary. Such changes do not constitute grounds for refunds or partial refunds and will be made with care to preserve the overall quality and experience of the Event

12. Intellectual Property

All Celestial Soul Event content, programming, materials, and experiences are the intellectual property of Susan Dawn Spiritual Connections, LLC and are for personal use only.
Recording, reproducing, or distributing Event content without written consent is prohibited.
Guests may not record performances, guided experiences, vendor spaces, or other attendees without explicit consent.

13. Photography & Media Consent

By attending the Event, you grant permission for photographs, video, or audio recordings taken during the Event to be used for promotional or educational purposes without compensation.
If you wish to opt out, you must notify us in writing prior to attendance of the Event.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Susan Dawn Spiritual Connections, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in any Event.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Susan Dawn Spiritual Connections, LLC, its affiliates, collaborators, contractors, vendors, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your participation in or violation of these Event Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Event Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed severed from this agreement, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Governing Law

These Event Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Pennsylvania.
